Posted here so any potential customers doing due diligence may pick up on this via Google and take their custom elsewhere.

We needed to replace a shower cubicle and spotted one we liked on their website so ordered and paid for it on 20th June.

We received an email saying item was no longer in stock so I asked them to refund me as any alternative they had would be wrong size for my requirements.

Email reply stated it would take two weeks for a refund – which I was quite astounded by

Two weeks later and nothing from them and have noted on Trust Pilot (https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.flush-bathrooms.co.uk) they have a history of doing this and some even state they didnt get any refund. 

I’ve sent three emails and each time they say they will ask admin to sort it out.  I don’t think they have any intention of refunding me.

So be warned – potential customer of Flush Bathrooms of Bristol 

I’ve applied for a chargeback via my debit card safety net and will get my money back but I’ve got better things to do with my time

I suspect this company is a dropshipper – they purchase goods from other suppliers and send it on or get it sent directly.  This would explain the excessive poor reviews on TrustPilot I wish I had seen before I purchased anything from them.

AVOID FLUSH BATHROOMS of BRISTOL …..your money will most likely go down the toilet!
