Arrival / Checkin Time
you are welcome to arrive and park from midday. You can leave any bags at this time but the earliest we can check you in is 4pm as the hotel is usually fully booked the day before and we need the time to turnaround and fully clean all the rooms before arrivals.
Parking
we have a limited number of parking spaces available on a first come first served basis. These spaces are in a tight grid formation at the front of the hotel and we can't guarantee full use of a parked car during your stay as a result. Pay parking is available across the road from the hotel or there are a small number of free spaces available in nearby side streets. We ask guests to make themselves available from 10am each morning to move any cars that could be blocking in guests that are departing
Pay At Property
If you have selected “pay at property” this means that the hotel is responsible for taking payment as opposed to paying booking.com direct. Our policy is that payment for all reservations is due 14 days before arrival. We will take the payment from the card used to secure the booking. If for any reason that card declines when we try to take payment you will be sent an automated message from booking.com asking you to update the card details and ensure funds are available. If we are unable to take payment after this then unfortunately, we will have to cancel the booking
Breakfast
Breakfast is currently unavailable
Lift / Accessibility
The lift is currently out of order, we are working hard to try and get it repaired but if you are unable to use stairs then unfortunately our hotel might not be right for you. We do not have any ground floor rooms.
Bar
The bar is open from midday to 11pm weekends and 10pm during peak summer season during the week. During off peak or quieter periods, the bar will be available on an ad-hoc basis midweek depending on demand.
